Round Shape with a Small Bevel

Two Screw Holes
The screw holes ensure a secure fit and maximum stability on the support plate. An additional rubber coating over the steel plate prevents direct metal-to-metal contact, improving slip resistance and product durability.
Robust OEM Quality
A reinforced metal plate is firmly vulcanized into the rubber and pre-treated with a special adhesive before production. This design prevents the steel plate from slipping under the rubber, avoiding cracks in the rubber layer, premature wear, and extending the product’s lifespan.
Memory Effect and Ideal Shore Hardness
The rubber pad adapts optimally to the vehicle thanks to the memory effect. Under load, the rubber compresses slightly and returns to its original shape once relieved. This ensures the vehicle is securely embedded in the rubber pad, enabling stable lifting without wobbling or slipping.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
