Vergleichen Sie die obige technische Zeichnung und die Abmessungen mit den Maßen Ihrer alten Gummiauflage, um sicherzustellen, dass sie passt. Bei 2-Säulen-Hebebühnen sind der Durchmesser und die Höhe des Tragtellers sowie, falls vorhanden, der Abstand der Verschraubungslöcher entscheidend. Bei Gummiplatten sollten neben den Außenmaßen auch die Lochabstände geprüft werden. Verschraubungslöcher werden immer von Lochmitte zu Lochmitte gemessen.

The support plate with exchangeable rubber support mount 02-CONSUL-01-CA now replaces the one-piece support plate with vulcanized rubber for all Beissbarth, Consul and Zippo lifts with swivel arm. The support plate and rubber support mount can be ordered either as a set or the rubber individually. Advantage for the workshop professional: The rubber pads can be changed as needed. In view of rising steel prices, valuable resources can be saved and, in the medium term, up to 70 percent of spare part costs can be saved - because only what is actually worn out is replaced.

The system consisting of a support plate and exchangeable rubber support holder offers a high level of flexibility in everyday workshop life while at the same time being user-friendly. If there is an increased need for grip when lifting a vehicle, the standard rubber support mount can be exchanged for the high-grip mount 02-CONSUL-01-GTRP in seconds. Worn or defective rubber support mounts can also be replaced in a very short time during regular safety checks, without the need for lengthy dismantling work.

The rubber support is made of a durable rubber mixture. In addition to its durability, a steel plate is vulcanized on the back. Even under maximum load, it guarantees that the rubber cannot be pushed aside.
