Vergleichen Sie die obige technische Zeichnung und die Abmessungen mit den Maßen Ihrer alten Gummiauflage, um sicherzustellen, dass sie passt. Bei 2-Säulen-Hebebühnen sind der Durchmesser und die Höhe des Tragtellers sowie, falls vorhanden, der Abstand der Verschraubungslöcher entscheidend. Bei Gummiplatten sollten neben den Außenmaßen auch die Lochabstände geprüft werden. Verschraubungslöcher werden immer von Lochmitte zu Lochmitte gemessen.

The rubber pad is the ideal solution for MAHA and SLIFT lifts with a diameter of 120 mm. It provides optimal safety when lifting vehicles. Thanks to its precise fit and high-quality rubber mixture, it prevents slipping and protects the vehicle’s underside from damage during the lifting process.

Product design

The rubber pad has a round shape. Its surface features a raised pattern, which enhances grip and provides additional anti-slip protection for the vehicle. This ensures that even under heavy loads, the pad offers a secure hold and keeps the vehicle optimally positioned. Designed to be pulled over the support plate, it also includes a rubber lip on the underside for a firm hold.

Manufactured from high-performance rubber, the pad offers exceptional flexibility and durability. This special rubber compound ensures a secure hold without rocking or slipping, even under high loads. Additionally, it is highly resistant to wear, guaranteeing a long service life.

The pad is designed to fit MAHA and SLIFT lifts precisely. It includes two mounting holes for secure fastening, ensuring a firm connection. This prevents wobbling during lifting and enhances overall safety.

Easy rubber pad replacement

Thanks to the optimal elasticity of Böck high-performance rubber, the pad can be easily mounted onto the support plate, despite its precise fit. This allows for quick and effortless installation.

Premium version EMB for electric vehicles and MAHA Mastar series

The EMB version is an advanced model with identical dimensions but without mounting holes. It is designed for new MAHA and SLIFT lifts (MASTAR series, ES SOLIST X, ES SQUARE X). The absence of mounting holes eliminates metallic contact between the vehicle and the lift—a critical safety measure when lifting electric vehicles. This rubber pad replaces the original model with the manufacturer’s logo on the surface.
