This rubber pad was specifically developed for ROTARY, RAVAGLIOLI, HERRMANN and ATH-HEINL lifts and offers a softer rubber compound compared to the often very hard original rubber pads. As a result, the vehicle can sink slightly at the lifting points, which prevents slipping and ensures a more stable support. The material’s adaptability also enables a quick and straightforward installation on the support plate.

The rubber pad has a round shape and features a diamond pattern on its surface. This structure ensures optimal adhesion of the vehicle on the lift and prevents unintended slipping. The particularly thick rubber layer further contributes to durability and ensures an even distribution of pressure.

Easy Installation with Secure Hold

The rubber pad is simply slipped over the support plate and additionally fixed by a screw fastening on the underside. This dual securing method ensures that the rubber pad remains stable even under high loads. This is a decisive advantage especially for heavy electric vehicles, as the rubber pad cannot slip.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
