The rubber block MAG120/35 was developed for gently lifting vehicles for flat beam lifts. A strong magnet is vulcanized into its interior, which prevents the rubber block from slipping after it has been aligned on the flat support of the lift. The highest safety requirements when lifting vehicles can be met in this way.

In addition, the rubber block MAG120/35 contributes significantly to order in the workshop and at the workplace. Thanks to its magnet, it can be stored on vertical metal surfaces of tool cabinets or lockers in a space-saving manner and always within easy reach. Since previously unused space can be used for its storage, it does not require any additional storage space. This makes the rubber block MAG120/35 an ideal accessory for the flat beam holders of column or stamp lifting platforms, even for smaller workshops.

With a height of 35mm, it is also suitable for lifting very low sports cars or lowered vehicles. The block itself is made of a strong petrol and oil-resistant rubber mixture that can withstand the highest demands of everyday workshop life. The magnetic force was also chosen so that the rubber block can be easily removed from metal surfaces without the help of additional tools.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
