We developed the pyramid block for safe and damage-free lifting of vehicles with the flat beam support of four-column or scissor lifts. With a base area of 150 x 150 mm, it stands stable on the flat beams of all roadway lifts. In addition, its underside is grooved to ensure even more slip resistance.

The pyramid block is made of a shatterproof rubber mixture that is resistant to oil, gasoline and UV radiation. This guarantees a high level of durability - even under the toughest operating conditions in front of and in the workshop.

So that the pyramid block can be used for all types of vehicles, we offer it in different heights. The two lowest, with a height of 20 and 30 mm respectively, are specifically designed for the safe lifting of custom vehicles and low-slung sports cars. Due to their low height, they can easily be aligned with the lifting mounts under the vehicle. Their conical shape ensures that the pyramid blocks rest securely on the vehicle's lifting bracket. This makes them universally usable for all vehicle brands.

For standard cars we recommend our pyramid block with a height of 70 mm. For raised off-road vehicles, we recommend the pyramid blocks with 100 mm or 140 mm. They should not be missing in a well-equipped vehicle workshop.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
