Its solid base and its rectangular, tapered shape ensure high stability on the one hand and, on the other hand, optimal contact with the mounting point on the vehicle. In addition, the shape also ensures that the rubber block does not damage sensitive components such as panels, electrical components or chassis parts near the vehicle lifting points. In order to be able to optimally align the block with the lifting points or lifting folds on the electric vehicle, its contact surface has a groove cross. It also ensures non-slip contact between the rubber block and the vehicle lifting point.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
