Low-lying sports cars often cannot be driven on road lifts without damage. We have developed the GG-D1000.H30 access ramp for this problem. It enables easy and damage-free access to all above-ground scissor lifts and 4-post lifts with roadways. We have dimensioned the approach angle of the 30 mm high ramp so that even vehicles with a deep spoiler lip can be driven onto the lifting platform roadway without damage. For higher lifting platforms, we recommend the GG-D1000.H40 or GG-D1000.H50 access ramps with 40 or 50 mm ramp height.

Using the ramp is extremely simple: The access ramp, which is made of highly compressed, robust rubber, is simply placed on the access edge of the lifting platform road. The non-slip rubber compound and the weight of the ramp prevent it from slipping on the workshop floor - even under heavy dynamic loads. Additional fasteners on the floor are not necessary.

The access ramp in combination with the rubber block 165035 has proven to be effective for flat beam wheel jacks on roadway lifts. The extra flat rubber block can be easily pushed and positioned between the sill holder and the flat beam lifter.

In addition to sports cars, the GG-D1000.H30 access ramp is also suitable for low-slung custom cars or vehicles with defective Hydragas or air suspension. As a universally applicable problem solver, our access ramp has developed into a bestseller in the product range. It should not be missing in any workshop.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
