How do you get a sports car onto a lift without damage?

Anyone working with low-profile vehicles knows the challenge: standard ramps often aren’t enough – the front lip scrapes or gets stuck. That’s exactly why we developed the GG-D1000.H50 ramp.

Safe access to scissor and four-post lifts

With its 50 mm height and optimized approach angle, the GG-D1000.H50 allows smooth, damage-free ramp access – even for vehicles with extremely low front ends. Ideal for:

  • Sports cars
  • Custom builds
  • Vehicles with damaged air or Hydragas suspension

Need a lower ramp height? Choose the GG-D1000.H30 (30 mm) or GG-D1000.H40 (40 mm) models.

Stable positioning – no mounting, no slipping

The ramp is made from high-density, non-slip rubber granulate. Its weight and surface grip keep it firmly in place – even under dynamic load. No floor mounting or fixing required.

Easy handling, smart design

Integrated side handles allow quick alignment and effortless transport.

A problem-solver that makes all the difference

The GG-D1000.H50 ramp is essential for any workshop working with low-slung vehicles. Fast to deploy, built to last – and designed to deliver maximum safety when driving onto lift platforms.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
