The heavy weight of e-vehicles poses new challenges for garages every day. With the introduction of the first e-vehicle models, we thought about optimally adapting the rubber mounts of scissor lifts, stamp lifts and flat beam wheel breaker to the increased requirements. Above all, the massive stress on the rubber blocks from very small, mostly flat, but also fold-like mounting points in combination with the high vehicle weights had to be mastered. The solution was found in a new combination of rubber compound and geometry. In particular, the rubber mixtures of the lifting blocks have been tested by us for a long time for their practical suitability. At the same time, we also adapted the geometry of the rubber blocks to the conditions of the e-vehicles. The result of these developments were finally three types of rubber blocks with which all electric vehicle models can currently be safely lifted with any type of scissor or flat beam lift.
